Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

Each piece is handmade to order.

The maximum production time is up to 12 business days to account for possible manufacturing or casting delays. However, the average production time is approximately 7 business days.

Some selected designs may be available in stock and shipped more quickly when possible.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within 2 business days via DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination and availability of the carrier.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in the destination country.

Delays caused by customs are outside of our control and are not included in the estimated delivery time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

In the event of a lost package, assistance will be provided to open a claim with the shipping carrier (DHL or FedEx).

Once the loss is confirmed by the carrier, an appropriate solution will be arranged, which may include a replacement or compensation.
