Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your piece, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition in which they were received

Once the item is received and inspected, and approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size or design, please contact me within 15 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For exchanges, shipping costs are also covered by the customer.

If the item is defective or there is a manufacturing issue, return shipping costs will be covered by the store.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
